SotySolar secures €100m+ securitised financing

SotySolar, a Marguerite portfolio company, has secured over €100 million in securitised financing from Credit Agricole CIB to scale its solar self-consumption solutions in Spain. The financing will support the growth of SotySolar's model across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. The company's product, SuscripciónSolar, facilitates access to self-consumption through deferred payment for solar installations, batteries, heat pumps, and electric vehicle chargers. This financing partnership aims to remove the financial barriers that have limited self-consumption in Spain, enabling thousands of households and businesses to adopt clean energy solutions while benefiting from immediate savings. The transaction has received legal advice from Garrigues on behalf of Credit Agricole CIB, while SotySolar was advised by Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
