This development represents an anticipated capital investment of approximately $12 billion, aiming to expand digital infrastructure capacity and support regional economic activity. The project is designed to contribute millions of dollars to state and local tax bases, supporting public services including schools and infrastructure. Construction is projected to generate over 1,500 jobs, with an additional 540 permanent, full-time jobs anticipated once the campuses are operational.
