Taihan Cable Vina begins construction of 400kV extra-high-voltage cable plant in Vietnam
Taihan Cable Vina, a subsidiary of Taihan Cable & Solution, has commenced construction of a 400kV-class extra-high-voltage cable plant in Dong Nai Province, southern Vietnam. The facility, located on a 56,200 square meter site, is scheduled to begin operations in 2027 and will expand EHV cable production capacity to support Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania markets. Once completed, Taihan Cable Vina will be the sole manufacturer in Vietnam capable of producing 400kV-class EHV cables, aiming to advance Vietnam's power grid and contribute to the global energy infrastructure market.
