TotalEnergies and Tikehau Capital have formed a joint investment platform to develop public charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Belgium and the Netherlands. The platform aims to support municipal authorities in the EV transition and consolidate TotalEnergies' position as a leading player in public charging in Benelux. TotalEnergies will bring its expertise to develop, operate, and maintain public charging infrastructure powered by certified renewable energy. The partnership will pursue the development of public concessions currently under construction or in operation by TotalEnergies in several major Belgian and Dutch cities and respond to new calls for tender to expand urban public charging infrastructure in both countries.
