TTS Energia signs five-year O&M contract with Genco for 10 MW solar portfolio in Pará, Brazil
TTS Energia, a Brazilian engineering and construction firm specializing in solar PV plants and renewable energy assets, signed a five-year operations and maintenance (O&M) contract with Minum / Genco, a solar asset management and operations specialist. The agreement covers three solar plants in Pará state—two in Moju (6.6 MWp) and one in Paragominas (3.3 MWp)—totaling 10 MWp with 16,200 modules, 30 inverters, 180 trackers, and transformers rated at 2,750 kVA. The O&M scope includes predictive maintenance with daily monitoring, preventive maintenance under technical standards, facility upkeep, and emergency response with strict response times. Jacques Hulshof, CEO of TTS Energia, highlighted cost reductions and performance guarantees as key benefits, noting the contract centralizes all asset management under a single partner. The deal strengthens TTS Energia's O&M portfolio, which already includes active contracts in São Paulo and Minas Gerais across agriculture, industry, and energy sectors.
