Turkcell and Huawei sign three MoUs for strategic collaboration on 5G evolution, 6G and autonomous network technologies, and AI infrastructure

Three Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) were signed. The collaboration focuses on developing sustainable and technologically leading networks, accelerating testing, validation, and commercialization of 5G Advanced technologies, expanding 5G SA architecture, speeding up 5G service launches across B2C, B2H, and B2B segments, and developing innovative solution designs. It also covers 5G use cases like 5G New Calling and FWA applications, AI-powered fault detection and predictive maintenance in fiber infrastructure, cross-data center GPU pooling, collaborative AI training infrastructure services, and Super WAN wide-area network solutions. The second agreement focuses on technical research and innovation in AI-native autonomous network architectures, next-generation network technologies, joint studies on AI-native autonomous networks, next-generation technology research and use cases, joint demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and contributions to standardization efforts. The third agreement is for advancing artificial intelligence infrastructure, cloud platforms, and next-generation AI applications, strengthening AI capabilities, accelerating innovative use cases, and supporting a robust AI ecosystem in Türkiye, including the training of next-generation AI models.
