Utilidata and NexGen Cloud partner to deploy AI-driven power orchestration platform in data centers

The partnership aims to unlock significantly more compute capacity inside existing data centers, potentially boosting usable AI infrastructure by as much as 50% without requiring additional grid power. The Karman platform runs on a custom Nvidia module and acts as an intelligence layer for data center power infrastructure, dynamically optimizing electricity allocation. The deployment will support NexGen Cloud's Hyperstack AI cloud platform. NexGen Cloud is planning a series of "AI factory" deployments across North America and the Nordics as part of its broader infrastructure expansion. Karman provides granular visibility into power conditions (up to 100 million samples per second) with control responses in less than 20 milliseconds.
