ValorC3 secures credit facility from Apterra Infrastructure Capital to fund 10MW data center in Boise, Idaho
ValorC3 Data Centers secured an undisclosed credit facility from Apterra Infrastructure Capital to fund the construction of a 10MW greenfield data center in Boise, Idaho. The facility, developed for a Fortune 50 technology company under a long-term lease, represents ValorC3's expansion in the Boise market, where it acquired Fiberpipe Data Centers in 2020. Apterra, an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, provided financing aligned with ValorC3's growth strategy, complementing its existing portfolio managed by CVC DIF. The Boise project follows ValorC3's 2023 acquisition of EdgeX Data Centers in Oklahoma City and its 2023 takeover by CVC DIF, which rebranded the company from Tonaquint. Carter Groves, CVC DIF-owned ValorC3's CFO, highlighted the financing as a milestone in executing efficient capital solutions for the company's development pipeline.
