Vestas has secured a firm order to supply 92 V236-15.0MW turbines for RWE’s 1.38GW Vanguard East offshore wind project in the United Kingdom. The agreement includes supply, delivery, commissioning, a five-year comprehensive service agreement, and a long-term operational support agreement. This order follows a similar firm turbine order for the Vanguard West project last month, with RWE targeting a final investment decision for Vanguard East in summer 2026.
