Waaree Solar Americas Inc., a US manufacturing subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has invested approximately $30 million in United Solar Holdings Inc., a Cayman Islands-based polysilicon producer. This strategic investment secures a long-term, fully traceable polysilicon supply chain for Waaree's expanding manufacturing operations in the United States and other global markets. United Solar Holdings, incorporated in May 2023, produces high-purity polysilicon and operates a manufacturing facility in Oman.
