Zelestra has closed a $600 million green project finance facility via Société Générale and HSBC for two solar projects in Texas: Echols Grove (252 MW) and Cedar Range (187 MW). Both are backed by long-term PPAs with Meta and under construction by McCarthy Building Companies as EPC contractor. Zelestra and Meta now have 7 PPAs totaling nearly 1.2 GW.
