Zelestra has agreed to sell its Latin America platform, encompassing 1.4 GW of contracted solar and battery energy storage capacity, to Promigas S.A. This strategic divestment allows Zelestra to focus on its core markets in Europe and the U.S., while Promigas expands its renewable energy portfolio and regional presence in line with its 'Our Energy 2040' strategy.
