Zenith IOS secures strategic investment from J.P. Morgan Asset Management to accelerate growth of industrial outdoor storage platform
Zenith IOS, a national owner-operator of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties, announced a strategic investment in its operating platform from institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. The investment supports the next phase of Zenith’s growth and institutionalizes the platform by enhancing operational expertise and acquisition capabilities. To date, Zenith and J.P. Morgan have aggregated a portfolio of approximately 100 IOS properties across 33 markets, reflecting a shared commitment to the long-term fundamentals of the IOS sector. Ben Atkins, CEO of Zenith IOS, stated that partnering with J.P. Morgan will enable the company to scale as an institutional management platform and pursue its ambitious long-term growth strategy. Chad Tredway, global head of real estate at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, emphasized that IOS remains a high-conviction strategy and allows the firm to leverage broader capabilities to meet increasing client demand for alternative industrial real estate strategies.
