Axium Infrastructure acquires 49.9% equity in 174.2 MW operational wind portfolio in France
Axium Infrastructure, through one of its managed funds, acquired a 49.9 percent equity interest in a 174.2 megawatt operational wind portfolio located across three regions of France. The equity stake was purchased from la Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts), with ENGIE Green retaining the remaining 50.1 percent ownership in the assets. This portfolio includes 22 fully operational wind projects distributed across the Hauts-de-France (79.4 MW), Nouvelle-Aquitaine (52.8 MW), and Grand Est (42.0 MW) regions. The wind assets benefit from stable, long-term contracted revenues supported by French government-backed Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) and Contract-for-Difference (CfD) schemes.
