Omnia Data Centers partners with TikTok to develop large-scale data center in Ceará's Complexo do Pecém

Omnia Data Centers is developing a large-scale data center in the Complexo do Pecém, Ceará, in partnership with TikTok, marking one of the state's most material infrastructure projects with a planned capacity of 2.7 GW. The project is part of Ceará's coordinated strategy to attract hyperscale data centers, leveraging the state's 16 submarine cables, abundant renewable energy, and economic planning incentives. The government of Ceará has allocated R$ 3.7 billion for new wind and solar parks in the first phase, with total investments potentially reaching R$ 18 billion to support energy-intensive enterprises. The Complexo do Pecém is also connected via R$ 80 million in fiber optic infrastructure and a R$ 300 million high-voltage substation, ensuring robust connectivity and power supply for the project.
